Mia Delph

Mia Delph

Born in Savannah, GA and raised in Englewood, FL, Mia grew up right on the gulf coast. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in Elementary Education she left the white sandy beaches and crystal clear water, and moved to Wake Forest where the demand for teachers was at an all-time high. Since moving to the area Mia has enjoyed the changing of leaves in the fall and snow in the winter, both of which were new for her and something she has always wanted to experience. She currently lives in Wake Forest with her husband Christopher, two young daughters Sydney and Savannah, and their fur babies Annie, Timber and Stormy.

Mia’s love for real estate began early on. Her father was a builder of custom homes on Boca Grande, FL and her mother worked in advertising and real estate. She spent a lot of time visiting her father’s construction sites and learning about the building process and how the small details could really make a home unique and special. She also saw my mom searching through local listings and learned the importance of listening to your clients to find exactly what they are looking for. After all, as a real estate agent, Mia knows it is her job to find what YOU are looking for in a home!

Her background in elementary education taught her to focus on each of my students’ individual needs to better help them learn and grow. She has a strong passion for serving others and really getting to know them and their needs. This is something she looks forward to with her clients. Mia’s goal is to provide her clients with excellent service and walk them through the process of home ownership from start to finish and beyond! As an educator she feels you never stop learning, which she has brought to her real estate career. She strives to continue learning about the real estate industry, her community, and her clients to provide the best service possible.

Mia’s goal is not only to help her clients find their dream home, but to build a lasting relationship where she can assist them with other real estate needs in the future. Client friendships, repeat business, and referrals to friends and family lets her know she has done her job right!
